DESCRIPTION:In-person in Lisbon \n\n\n\nLAD-ing stands for Living\, Aging and Dying Well (in Lisbon) and covers some of the following topics:• Amelie\, from Caldas da Rainha\, will speak about the following: creating a care team for healthcare\, getting signed up for a special emergency bracelet which is registered with the police\, registering your advanced directives and completing your end-of-life plan.• A representative from Serenity\, will present their services\, which include medical referrals\, they can call to make appointments with Portuguese medical professionals and facilitate entry into the public health system\, when appropriate. If you decide to establish your Portuguese Will\, we’ll show you how and who to submit it to in Portugal. Even if you have a Will or Trust in another country\, this workshop will tell you why you really need to consider a Will in Portugal or a Notarized Statement of your non-Portugal Will. Attendees can hear direct from a Portuguese Lawyer and Notary. They will also be available to clarify any concerns or questions you may have.
