You’ve built a beautiful life here. We’re a volunteer community to help you protect it—giving you a plan of action, community connections and peace of mind to assist you for planning and navigating emergencies, illness, and end-of-life.
We currently have chapters in Setúbal, Cascais, Caldas da Rainha (Silver Coast) and online for the rest of Portugal. We are happy to add chapters!

Moving to Portugal is one of life’s great adventures. But when a medical emergency happens it can feel overwhelming. VAMOS BEM exists to change that. We’re residents helping residents: sharing practical tools, running workshops, and building the kind of community where no one faces a crisis unprepared and alone.

We offer in person workshops that cover everything from how the SNS (Portuguese health system) works, to what to do in a medical emergency, to end-of-life planning and we have online resources available on our Youtube Channel.
